Getting started

A project is one website. Sign in, press New project, give the site address and confirm you are allowed to work on it.

Exact site scope. A project only covers the exact host you give. public.example.com and example.com are different sites. Extra sites are added only from the linked-sites picker, and only when the project's own pages link to them.

The stages, in order:

• Scoping — set the screen limit and crawl depth.
• Authorized — confirm permission; capture starts.
• Baseline accepted — you have checked the captured pages.
• Assessment accepted — you have read the assessment.
• Direction selected — pick a design direction; redesigns can be built.

Each stage gate is recorded in the Audit log with who passed it and when.
