Refund Policy

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to monthly and annual memberships and to one-off MB WAY passes.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or contact us through our Help page and we will arrange it.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. See also Paddle's refund policy.

You can cancel at any time from the Membership page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again.
