Terms & Conditions
Last updated 28 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Solynth Studio (the "Service"). The Service is provided by The Solynth Network Limited ("we", "us"). When you use the Service or buy a membership, you are contracting with The Solynth Network Limited.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, buying a membership or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it; if you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age where you live.
2. The Service
Solynth Studio lets members capture websites they are authorised to analyse, assess their content and claims, record and replay test sessions, and generate redesigned or improved pages, translations and exports, some of which use artificial intelligence.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent, or to send spam;
- capture, copy or republish websites or content you do not own or have permission to use, or otherwise infringe intellectual property rights;
- interfere with security — upload malware, probe or attack systems, scrape the Service, or bypass usage limits;
- reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service;
- use the AI features to create illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, harassment or malware, or try to jailbreak or bypass safety filters.
5. AI features and outputs
You are responsible for the material you put into the Service (addresses, pages, prompts, images) and for having the rights to it, and for how you use the outputs. AI outputs — including claim scores, rewrites, redesigns and translations — may be inaccurate or incomplete. Check them before relying on them; they are not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.
As between you and us, you keep your rights in your inputs and, to the extent the law allows, in the outputs generated for you. We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts that break these terms.
Rights holders who believe content in the Service infringes their rights can report it through our Help page; we will review reports and remove infringing content. Accounts with repeated infringement will be terminated.
6. Our intellectual property
We own the Service and all its intellectual property, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your membership within your plan. To provide the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host and process your content.
7. Orders, payment and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, renewal, taxes, cancellation and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund Policy. Prices are shown on our Pricing page.
8. Service level
We work to keep the Service running well, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the Service at any time. When access ends you may export your data for 30 days, after which we may delete it.
10. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, unlawful use or breach of these terms.
11. General
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will show the new date above.
